Malaysia Airlines has announced that a number of key staff have been brought to the UK to prepare the London office for expansion across the UK and Europe over the past few months, as well as the Visit Malaysia 2020 project that will take place during next year. As of 2 December 2019, the changes will take effect. Each new appointment brings with it extensive experience and in-depth business knowledge, significantly strengthening the team and increasing the resources available in the region to Malaysia Airlines.
Richard De Villa, currently marketing manager for UK & Europe, will be elevated to marketing head in the UK & Europe, overseeing increased investment in both trade and consumer market activity.
